Profile Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding MBBS abroad, including course selection, identifying MCI-recognized medical colleges abroad, programme selection, scheduling classes, and career planning.
• Provide advice on academic, career, and personal issues; identify suitable medical career options and assist with analysis of options, outcomes, and implications.
• Maintain accurate and complete student records and administer database systems.
• Analyse students’ mindset and interest in MBBS admission abroad.
• Explain benefits of pursuing MBBS in foreign countries.
• Provide accurate information about MBBS admission programs, courses, colleges, and universities in various countries (e.g., Bangladesh, China, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Nepal, Philippines, Russia, UK, Ukraine).
• Motivate and encourage candidates to enroll in the course.
• Regularly follow up with interested customers to increase walk-ins and the number of registered students.
• Identify key strategies and develop executable programs to ensure the sales team meets company goals.
• Lead initiatives to design and manage programs that drive sales and enhance the education customer experience.
• Maintain timely follow-up via phone calls, messaging, and email.
• Provide timely reporting to the Manager.
