Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as country selection, course choice, universities, program selection, and career planning.
• Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, accommodation application, and preparation for overseas studies.
• Ensure admission and visa procedures, as well as accommodation and travel, are completed within deadlines.
• Provide accurate information regarding study abroad programs, courses, colleges, universities, and countries such as USA, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Singapore, Malta, Australia, New Zealand, UK, rest of Europe, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Mauritius, and many more.
• Provide precise information requested by parents and students, clarifying doubts in form filling or other enquiries.
• Share detailed information about courses for abroad education including Diploma, Bachelor’s, and Masters across all streams.
• Ensure parents and students leave with positive word‑of‑mouth that can bring more clients and increase referrals.
• Stay updated on the various study abroad programs offered by universities and apply this knowledge to help students.
• Assist students with every detail from registration to travel to the host country.
• Maintain a proper database of counselled students and applications sent abroad.
• Receive client details, assess suitability of the candidate for the chosen course and university, and provide guidance.
• Assist with activities to promote universities represented by the company.
• Analyse the mindset of students interested in abroad education and motivate them to take up courses.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills and be able to speak confidently with students and parents.
• Promote BSB International study abroad programmes to students and parents in a professional manner.

Qualifications

Education: Academic Graduate or Master Degree Holder
