Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, identifying their needs, addressing queries, guiding them toward appropriate institutes, and managing the complete admission and documentation process.
• Provide in‑person support for walk‑in students and parents, responding effectively to their enquiries.
• Continuously update knowledge of university academic and extracurricular offerings to provide accurate counseling in line with students’ interests.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is essential; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
