Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding education and internship opportunities, including programme selection, training plans, and career planning.
• Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, and preparing for education and internship opportunities abroad.
• Provide accurate information regarding the education plus internship programs in countries like Singapore, Bahrain, Japan and many more.
• Provide all information sought precisely by the student, clarifying doubts in filling forms or any other related questions.
• Share detailed information about the education and internship programme, including training plan and duration of the internship.
• Ensure the student leaves with a positive impression to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Stay updated about various education plus internship programs offered by different countries and use this knowledge to assist students.
• Assist students with every detail from registration to travel to the host country.
• Maintain a proper database of students counselled and education and internship applications sent abroad.
• Receive client details and assess suitability for the education plus internship opportunity, providing appropriate guidance.
• Analyze student mindset, motivate and encourage clients to pursue the programme.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and engage confidently with students and parents.
• Promote BSB International education plus hospitality internship programmes to students/parents in a professional manner.
• Responsible for timely reporting to the Manager.
