Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Student Recruitment Manager to join our team in Pune at Ajeenkya DY Patil Campus, Lohegaon, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student admissions for graduate admissions in universities and a proven ability to achieve enrolment targets and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies.
2. Establish strong connections with local schools.
3. Conduct presentations, career guidance sessions, and other activities in schools.
4. Travel extensively within the region to promote our programs.

Qualifications:

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in student recruitment for graduate admissions.
2. Proven track record of achieving enrolment targets and meeting deadlines.
3. Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
4. Strong networking skills with education consultants and local schools.
5. Willingness to travel extensively.

Remuneration: 4.20 Lacs to 6.0 Lacs per annum plus incentives.
