Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise store helpers and monitor attendance and productivity.
• Enforce FIFO/FEFO, proper binning, and maintain high housekeeping standards.

We are seeking a highly organized and system-driven Stores In-Charge with 5-6 years of manufacturing experience to take complete ownership of store and warehouse operations, stock accuracy, SAP entries, and team management.

Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to build and operate the company store in a highly organized, system-driven, traceable, accurate, fast, and accountable manner. You will have complete ownership of all inventory across our stores and warehouses, ensuring every material is accurately recorded in SAP, properly identified, physically safe, and readily accessible to support seamless manufacturing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Accuracy & Inventory Control:
  • Maintain 100% accuracy between physical inventory and SAP system stock.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verifications, audits, and cycle counts.
  • Thoroughly investigate root causes for any stock discrepancies and execute corrective actions.
• Incoming Material & One-to-One Traceability:
  • Track every incoming consignment one-to-one from initial gate receipt to storage and final issue.
  • Perform physical verification of quantity, part numbers, batch details, and specifications against Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
  • Ensure clear labeling, color coding, and complete identification traceability for all raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Same-Day SAP Entries & Documentation:
  • Execute all daily store transactions accurately in SAP on the same day without backlog.
  • Process GRNs, material receipts, stock transfers, material issues, reservations, and returns promptly.
  • Ensure zero pending or delayed system entries without valid prior justification.
• Manpower Planning & Team Leadership:
  • Efficiently plan, allocate, and supervise store helpers and labor according to daily workload demand.
  • Monitor daily attendance, productivity, work quality, and discipline within the team.
  • Train store personnel on safe material handling, standard storage practices, 5S, and SAP routines.
• Store & Warehouse Ownership:
  • Take complete end-to-end operational ownership and accountability of all company store locations and warehouses.
  • Enforce strict compliance with FIFO/FEFO rules, proper binning, material protection, and high standards of housekeeping.
  • Prevent material damage, loss, theft, misplacement, and unauthorized movement within the premises.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 5–6 years of hands-on store and warehouse management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SAP (MM Module) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of GRN processing, inventory auditing, batch tracking, FIFO, and 5S workplace management.
• Behavioral Traits: High ownership mindset, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence.
