Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an experienced Stores Manager to oversee the complete stores function for manufacturing and site operations, ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, traceability, and timely customer dispatches.

You will manage material receipt, MOOWR compliance, ERP transactions, 5S and safety, and coordinate with SCM, Purchase, QA, Production and Logistics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics.
• 8-12 years in manufacturing industries store preferably in engineering or industrial equipment manufacturing.
• Experience in MOOWR, ERP inventory management, stock counting, BOM kitting, production material issue, and customer dispatch.
• Strong inventory control, ERP knowledge, MOOWR compliance, material traceability, team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Material Receipt: Manage material receipt, verification, identification, storage, and documentation for local and imported materials.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counting, reconciliation, FIFO, and control of excess, slow, and non-moving stock.
• Material Traceability & MOOWR: Maintain proper identification, accounting, segregation, and traceability of materials received under MOOWR. Support reconciliation, records, and audits.
• Production Material & Kitting: Issue materials and prepare production kits as per BOM, Batch card and production requirements.
• FG & Customer Dispatch: Manage FG receipt, storage, picking and on-time customer dispatches.
• ERP & Documentation: Ensure accurate ERP transactions and maintain all stores records and documents.
• Team, 5S & Safety Management: Manage store personnel and maintain 5S, housekeeping, safety, and proper material handling.
• Process Improvement & Coordination: Drive store improvements and coordinate with SCM, Purchase, QA, Production, Planning and Logistics.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics,.
• 8 ~ 12 years in manufacturing Industries Store preferably in Engineering or industrial equipment manufacturing.
• Experience in local & imported materials, MOOWR, ERP inventory management, stock counting, BOM kitting, production material issue, customer dispatch, and material traceability.
