Job summary

Zoho in Chennai seeks a Stores and Inventory Associate to support day‑to‑day material receiving, verification, storage, labeling, issue and returns. Maintain stock records, bin locations and material traceability. Coordinate with SCM, QA and End Users for documentation.

Ensure housekeeping, 5S and safe storage practices. Diploma/ITI/Graduate with 1–3 years in Stores; basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel, stock verification, FIFO/FEFO and material documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/Graduate with 1–3 years in Stores, Warehouse or Inventory Management.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, stock verification and material documentation.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation or manufacturing industries is an added advantage.

Requirements

Diploma/ITI/Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse or Inventory Management. Basic knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, stock verification, FIFO/FEFO and material documentation. Experience in aerospace, aviation, automobile or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage. Good communication, documentation and coordination skills are required.
