Job summary

Ubifly Technologies is seeking an Inventory & Stores Assistant to support day-to-day stores and inventory activities, including receiving, verification, storage, labeling, issue and return, with accurate stock records and traceability.

The role requires Diploma/ITI/Graduate with 1–3 years in Stores/Warehouse, basic ERP knowledge, MS Excel, stock verification, FIFO/FEFO and documentation. Aerospace/manufacturing exposure is a plus. Work in an Aircraft and Drone R&D environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/Graduate with 1–3 years in Stores, Warehouse or Inventory Management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, stock verification and material documentation.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, automobile or manufacturing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Stores and Inventory activities: receiving, verification, storage, labeling, issue and return.
• Maintain stock records, bin locations and material traceability; ensure 5S and safe storage practices.
• Coordinate with SCM, QA and end users for material and documentation requirements.

Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S and safe storage practices.

Requirements

Diploma/ITI/Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse or Inventory Management. Basic knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, stock verification, FIFO/FEFO and material documentation. Experience in aerospace, aviation, automobile or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage. Good communication, documentation and coordination skills are required.
