Job summary

Bahri Hospitality & Cuisines in Delhi is seeking a Storekeeper to maintain stock accuracy and smooth warehouse operations. responsibilities include inventory control, FIFO storage, ERP/POS handling, and coordinating freight movements.

The role requires at least 5 years in F&B environments, strong multitasking, and diligent record keeping; familiarity with ERP/POS is essential. This is a full-time on-site position offering steady growth.

• Very good experience in ERP/POS

Responsibilities

• Replenish supply inventories in accordance with established company guidelines to ensure consistent stock availability.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant government regulations.
• Oversee and manage store inventories through regular monitoring and assessment to ensure optimal stock levels and accuracy.
• Receive, upload, and shelve all incoming supplies efficiently to maintain an organized inventory system.
• Perform various stock-related duties, including returning, packaging, labeling, and pricing goods as required to ensure proper presentation.
• Inspect deliveries for any discrepancies or damage, ensuring that all received items meet quality standards.
• Report damaged inventories promptly for accurate record-keeping and initiate reimbursement procedures.
• Rotate stock regularly to ensure products are sold by their expiration dates and manage the disposal of surplus and expired quantities.
• Coordinate and handle the movement of freight and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Maintain an organized allocation of inventory throughout the warehouse and store for easy access and tracking.
• Cross-verify monthly inventory reports at the end of each month to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately to facilitate order placement and purchases.
• Generate Material Received Reports (MRR) in a timely manner to maintain current inventory records.
• Ensure that storage of goods follows the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to maximize freshness and quality of products.
