Job summary

Epiphany Hospitality is looking for a Store Keeper to manage inventory by receiving, storing, and issuing goods while maintaining accurate records in a safe, organized warehouse.

You will conduct stock checks, prepare purchase requisitions, document movements, and use warehouse management software and spreadsheets. The role requires physical stamina and attention to detail, with a practical approach to multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and stock checks.
• Ability to prepare purchase requisitions.
• Proficiency with warehouse software and MS Excel.
• Able to lift and move inventory.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: keep accurate records of stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure timely replenishment of items.
• Receiving & dispatch: inspect and receive incoming materials, ensuring they match purchase orders and are stored appropriately. Manage the accurate dispatch of goods to customers or other departments.
• Documentation: record the receipt and issue of all materials, maintaining logbooks or electronic records to track inventory levels and movements.
• Organizational skills: ability to maintain orderliness in storage areas and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail: crucial for accurate record-keeping, inventory counts, and order processing.
• Computer proficiency: familiarity with warehouse management software, spreadsheets, and other relevant applications.
• Physical stamina: dexterity and the ability to lift and move inventory, as some tasks can be physically demanding.
• Computer skills: employers expect storekeepers to have computer knowledge.
