Job summary

Vermilion Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. in Manesar, Haryana is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely material issuance to the production department.

The role requires strong MS Excel and ERP proficiency, with experience in cosmetics or related manufacturing sectors. You will maintain stock accuracy, documentation, and collaborate with Purchase, Production, QC, and other departments to support production schedules.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in store management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management systems/ERP.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and team-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations: receipt, storage, issuance, dispatch of materials.
• Handle inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and store items.
• Verify incoming materials against POs, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Maintain stock records in Excel/ERP and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure timely material issuance to production per approved requirements.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures wherever applicable.
• Ensure proper material identification, labeling, storage, and traceability.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards per procedures.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality Control and other departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
