Pramod Confectionary And Food Products is seeking an experienced store/inventory professional to oversee RM, PM and FG stocks in a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role focuses on accurate receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials to support production continuity.

You will maintain stock records, enforce FIFO/FEFO, and coordinate with production, purchasing, quality, and dispatch teams. Strong Excel skills and meticulous documentation are essential for success.

Formación

• Experience in store or inventory management within the Food Processing Industry or FMCG sector.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day store operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain stock records and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Follow FIFO and FEFO procedures wherever applicable.
• Ensure timely issuance of materials to production and other departments against authorized requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and discrepancies.
• Maintain proper material identification, storage conditions, housekeeping, and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth material movement.
• Support periodic physical stock verification and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable quality and safety standards.

• Ensure timely issuance of materials to production and other departments against authorized requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and discrepancies.
• Maintain proper material identification, storage conditions, housekeeping, and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth material movement.
