Job summary

Impact Hr N Km Solutions is seeking a store/inventory associate to oversee daily store and warehouse activities in Nashik district. You will manage receipt, storage, issuance and dispatch of materials, maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock audits, and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.

The role requires 0–1 year of relevant experience, with the ability to generate regular inventory reports, coordinate with procurement and production, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards

Qualifications

• 0–1 year experience in inventory or store operations.
• Experience with FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
• Good data accuracy and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store and warehouse activities.
• Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
• Conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification.
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and accounts departments.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage arrangements.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Train and guide store staff on inventory procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store premises.
