Job summary

Bhumi Pharmaceuticals in Gujarat seeks a storekeeper to manage receipt, storage, handling and issuance of RM, PM and FP, with strict labeling and organized ERP entries.

You will verify material quality and quantities against POs and invoices, maintain stock records, and issue materials to Production as required; pharma software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, handling and issuance of RM, PM, and FP.
• Receive materials from vendors and verify quantity, batch numbers, specifications, and supporting documents against purchase orders and invoices.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, segregation, and systematic storage of RM, PM, and FP.
• Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and ERP entries for all store materials.
• Issue RM and PM to the Production Department as per approved requisitions and production requirements.
• Receive and maintain Finished Products from Production and ensure proper storage and documentation.
