Job summary

Esthetica Spa & Salon Resources is seeking a store/inventory professional in Gurugram to manage materials flow, verify quantities, and attach proper documentation during receipt.

The role requires maintaining stock records, conducting periodic checks, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the store area, with Excel proficiency and relevant education.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Graduation in any discipline; supply chain logistics or inventory management would be preferred.
• 3 -5 years of experience in store/inventory, preferably in a manufacturing company and good knowledge of Excel to maintain data in Excel would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming materials, verifying quantity and supporting documents
• Conduct physical inspection/counting of materials along with the concerned department
• Properly identify material, label it and store it in the designated location
• Issue material to the production department against approved quantities
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and highlight shortages
• Maintain accurate stock register
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain record of rejected, damaged and obsolete materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area.
