Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a store stock and team leader for a FMCG setting in Navi Mumbai. You will supervise 10 store personnel and ensure efficient stock handling and documentation, with focus on accuracy and timely updates.

You will manage inventory levels across RM, PM, and FG, coordinate with departments to prevent shortages, and maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Minimum of 5 years FMCG food products experience with multiple categories and stock scenarios.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage a team of 10 store personnel, ensuring all activities are performed efficiently within the FMCG industry.
• Monitor and control multiple product stocks, ensuring accurate and timely stock handling and tracking.
• Oversee and coordinate different team activities simultaneously, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
• Ensure excellent command over stock management, including inventory levels, movements, and updates.
• Maintain excellent control over stock levels, ensuring accurate and timely entries of daily production, raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG).
• Verify and ensure all documentation related to stock, production, and inventory is accurate, up-to‑date, and complies with company policies.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure availability and minimize shortages, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth flow of materials.
