Job summary

Electrolab India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an experienced Inventory/Store Manager to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure smooth material flow across departments.

You will manage ERP-enabled inventory control, issue materials using FIFO, conduct periodic stock audits, and mentor junior store staff. Knowledge of BOM is an added advantage in optimizing planning and procurement.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in inventory, warehouse, or store management.
• Proficiency in ERP software and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, team leadership and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels using ERP systems.
• Issue raw materials or goods to internal departments following safety and FIFO (First In, First Out) rules.
• Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile variances.
