Job summary

Parksons Packaging Ltd. is seeking a warehouse inventory professional responsible for receiving and verifying materials against purchase orders, SAP records, and delivery documents.

You will perform SAP transactions, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure proper storage, FIFO/FEFO, and traceability. Responsibilities include issuing materials to Production/Maintenance, managing forklift operations, conducting stock verification, and coordinating with multiple departments for smooth logistics.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify materials against PO, delivery documents, and SAP records.
• Perform SAP transactions for material receipt, issue, transfer, and return.
• Maintain accurate physical and SAP inventory.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, FIFO/FEFO, and material traceability.
• Issue raw materials, consumables, and spares to Production/Maintenance as per authorized requirements.
• Manage forklift operations and helper manpower to ensure efficient and safe material handling, loading, unloading, and internal material movement.
• Conduct physical stock verification and investigate stock variances.
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, obsolete, and damaged materials.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics.
• Maintain 5S, housekeeping, safety, and proper documentation.
• Support internal/external audits and inventory reconciliation.
