Job summary

Fiins Engineers in Maharashtra seeks a site records assistant to manage incoming materials, verify against purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices and material specs, and maintain stock balances and returns.

You will prepare weekly material and stock reports in Excel, maintain daily labour attendance records, issue gate passes for workers, and assist in HR/site administration tasks as directed by the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma qualification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel with formulas, sorting and reporting.
• Good knowledge of MS Word and basic computer operations.
• Experience in maintaining material/stock registers and labour attendance.
• Prior experience in construction, infrastructure or EPC projects preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications
