Job summary

Rohan Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking a Store Officer with 5–8 years of experience in residential construction to manage materials, stock levels, and ERP-driven stock control on site.

You will verify receipts, maintain stock documentation, and ensure secure storage while coordinating with procurement and vendors to meet project timelines. Proficiency in ERP and MS Excel is essential, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in construction/real estate preferred.
• Education: Any Graduate / Diploma in Material Management / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain optimum stock levels of raw materials, steel, cement, finishing components, and tools to ensure uninterrupted site execution.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices for precise quantity and quality control.
• Record accurate daily entries of material receipts, issues, and returns using ERP systems or specialized inventory software.
• Ensure clean, organized, and secure storage of high-value construction items to prevent damage, wastage, or theft.
• Partner with the central procurement team and local suppliers for tracking delivery schedules, resolving mismatches, and handling challans.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with the site project manager and accounts team.
• Supervise safe collection, categorization, documentation, and disposal of scrap materials on site.
