Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records of materials, equipment, and supplies in the construction site store.
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries of goods, ensuring they meet quality and quantity specifications.
• Organize and maintain the layout of the store to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of items.
• Issue materials and supplies to construction crews and subcontractors as per requisitions and work orders.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supply as needed to avoid shortages and disruptions.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols to protect the integrity of store assets.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, consumption rates, and stock movements as required.
