Job summary

Sandhar Technologies in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Stores to lead the stores and inventory operations for the Cabin & Fabrication Manufacturing Unit.

You will ensure timely receipt, storage, identification, issue and control of raw materials such as MS/SS/GI sheets, plates, pipes, tubes, hardware, welding consumables, paints and other production materials, and you will coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality, Engineering and Accounts to maintain

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduate with mechanical/materials or supply chain background preferred.
• Experience in stores and inventory control within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in ERP/SAP, MS Excel, GRN, stock reconciliation, BOM control, FIFO and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete stores and inventory operations for the unit.
• Oversee receipt, storage, issue and control of raw materials such as MS/SS/GI sheets, plates, pipes, tubes, structural sections, hardware, welding consumables, paints and other production materials.
• Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality, Engineering and Accounts to ensure material availability.
• Maintain ERP/SAP records, stock reconciliations, and 5S practices.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Stores to manage the complete stores and inventory operations for our Cabin & Fabrication Manufacturing Unit. The role will be responsible for the timely receipt, storage, identification, issue and control of raw materials such as MS/SS/GI sheets, plates, pipes, tubes, structural sections, hardware, welding consumables, paints and other production materials.

The candidate will coordinate closely with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality, Engineering and Accounts to ensure uninterrupted material availability and accurate inventory control. Strong knowledge of ERP/SAP, MS Excel, GRN, material issue/return, stock reconciliation, BOM-based material control, scrap management, FIFO and 5S is required.

Experience: 5–12 years
Industry Preference: Cabin, Sheet Metal, Fabrication, Engineering or Manufacturing
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate; Mechanical / Materials / Supply Chain background preferred
