We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage the operations and business performance of a premium beauty and cosmetics retail store in Chennai .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing and developing the store team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role also involves building relationships with beauty academies, salons and professional makeup/beauty businesses to create new business opportunities and strengthen the store's presence in the market.

Requirements

• Exposure to working with beauty academies, salons, makeup artists or professional beauty customers is an advantage.
  
• Strong people-management skills with the ability to train, mentor and motivate a sales team.
  
• Proven ability to drive store revenue, customer acquisition and year-on-year business growth .
