Fabindia is seeking a Store Manager for Retail Sales in Kerala to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee merchandising, stock levels, and visual presentation while mentoring the sales team to achieve targets.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and Proactive problem-solving. You will coordinate with suppliers, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to HR protocols and audits to maintain store excellence.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of retail managerial experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong leadership, customer service and communication skills.
• Analytical, proactive and self-motivated.
