Job summary

Fabindia is seeking a Store Incharge to lead our retail team in delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targets. You will supervise merchandising, staff performance, and store visuals while coordinating with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years in retail management, strong MS Office proficiency, and outstanding leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities to optimize operations and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Work experience in Retail at Managerial Level of at least 3-6 years.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and manage stock levels.
• Maintain sales versus stock ratio and oversee merchandising.
• Drive advertising and sales promotions to attract customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and supervise staff.
• Oversee visual look and store appearance, and mentor sales staff.
• Plan merchandise and place orders on B2B channels.
• Ensure HR protocols are followed and conduct regular appraisals.

Role & responsibilities

• Sales target achievement
• Maintaining Sales vs. Stock ratio
• Advertising and Sales Promotion
• Maintain excellent customer service.
• Supervision of Visual look and feel of the store
• Supervise and mentor sales staff to increase operational efficiency.
• Merchandise planning and handling
• Placing orders on B2B
• Adherence to HR protocols
• Review and appraisals of the team members as per defined KRA's
• Update various MIS on a monthly basis
• Monitor expenses as per the allocated budget
• Maintaining all the documents required for SPPI audit

Preferred candidate profile

• Work experience in Retail at Managerial Level of atleast 3-6years
• Should be able to work on MS Office smoothly
• Good leadership qualities and excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills, Vigilant, Self motivated, Proactiveness, Positive attitude, Good observation & Analytical skills.
