Job summary

Fabindia invites applications for Store Incharge - Retail Sales at our Coimbatore store. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing stock, promoting products, and delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires leadership to mentor sales staff, oversee visual merchandising, handle B2B orders, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with HR protocols and monthly MIS.

Qualifications

• Work experience in Retail at Managerial Level of at least 3-6 years.
• Should be able to work on MS Office smoothly.
• Good leadership qualities and excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills, Vigilant, Self motivated, Proactiveness, Positive attitude, Good observation & Analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the store.
• Maintain the sales vs stock ratio.
• Plan advertising and promotional activities.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store look.

• Supervision of Visual look and feel of the store
• Supervise and mentor sales staff to increase operational efficiency.
