More Retail is seeking a committed Store Operations Executive to oversee daily store functions in Tamil Nadu. You will ensure timely openings, uphold SOPs and hygiene, deliver superior customer service, and manage inventory, cash handling, and shrinkage while driving planogram compliance and store standards.

You will lead and train the store team, monitor daily metrics, and act on feedback to improve assortment, availability and pricing. Prior experience in retail is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in Retail store operations.
• Experience in Food & FMCG retail will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth store operations, timely store opening, and adherence to all SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Drive excellent customer service and increase loyalty conversions through effective in-store engagement.
• Manage inventory, stock availability, damages, expiry, shrinkage, and cash handling efficiently.
• Ensure proper planogram execution, space management, and store standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise the store team to drive productivity and achieve operational targets.
• Monitor daily input/output metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
• Maintain store assets and ensure loss prevention through strong process control.
• Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and share feedback on assortment, availability, and pricing.
