Job summary

More Retail is hiring for a store operations role in India. The candidate will oversee smooth store functioning, ensure timely openings, and enforce SOPs and hygiene standards.

You will enhance customer service, drive loyalty, manage inventory and cash processes, and maintain planograms. You will lead and train a store team, monitor daily metrics, and implement corrective actions to meet targets while ensuring loss prevention through robust controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store operations.
• Exposure to Food & FMCG retail is a plus.

• Manage inventory, stock availability, damages, expiry, shrinkage, and cash handling.
• Ensure planogram execution, space management and store standards.
• Lead, train and supervise the store team to drive productivity and achieve targets.
• Monitor daily input/output metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain store assets and implement loss prevention through strong processes.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and feedback on assortment, availability and pricing.

• Manage inventory, stock availability, damages, expiry, shrinkage, and cash handling efficiently.
• Ensure proper planogram execution, space management, and store standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise the store team to drive productivity and achieve operational targets.
• Monitor daily input/output metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
• Maintain store assets and ensure loss prevention through strong process control.
• Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and share feedback on assortment, availability, and pricing.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in Retail store operations.
• Experience in Food & FMCG retail will be an added advantage.
