Job summary

More Retail is seeking a store operations professional to oversee daily store activities in Rampurhat, West Bengal. The role focuses on smooth opening, hygiene, customer service, inventory control, and loss prevention, with a team-led approach to meet targets.

• Manage inventory, stock, damages, expiry, shrinkage and cash handling.
• Ensure planogram execution, space management and store standards.
• Lead, train and supervise the store team to drive productivity and targets.
• Monitor daily input/output metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain store assets and loss prevention through process controls.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and share feedback on assortment, availability and pricing.

• Manage inventory, stock availability, damages, expiry, shrinkage, and cash handling efficiently.


• Ensure proper planogram execution, space management, and store standards.


• Lead, train, and supervise the store team to drive productivity and achieve operational targets.


• Monitor daily input/output metrics and implement corrective actions where required.


• Maintain store assets and ensure loss prevention through strong process control.


• Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and share feedback on assortment, availability, and pricing.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in Retail store operations.


• Experience in Food & FMCG retail will be an added advantage.
