Job summary

More Retail in India seeks a store operations professional to ensure smooth store functioning, stock management, and customer engagement. The role involves leading the store team, maintaining SOPs and hygiene standards, and driving store targets.

Candidates with experience in Retail operations and preferably FMCG retail will have an added advantage. Interview rounds include an online test followed by VC or in-person interviews.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth store operations, timely store opening, and adherence to all SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Drive excellent customer service and increase loyalty conversions through effective in-store engagement.
• Manage inventory, stock availability, damages, expiry, shrinkage, and cash handling efficiently.
• Ensure proper planogram execution, space management, and store standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise the store team to drive productivity and achieve operational targets.
• Monitor daily input/output metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
• Maintain store assets and ensure loss prevention through strong process control.
• Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and share feedback on assortment, availability, and pricing.
