Qualifications

• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations, including material receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inward and outward material movement, stock records, and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
• Manage GRN, stock registers, material documentation, and inventory reconciliation.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification, cycle counts, and stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, material identification, labeling, storage, and handling.
• Coordinate closely with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, damaged, and obsolete inventory and take corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory data in ERP/SAP and ensure system stock matches physical stock.
• Lead and supervise the store team while ensuring adherence to company processes, safety, and discipline.
