Job summary

PNG Jewellers is hiring a Branch Manager to drive branch sales, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role focuses on stock control, process adherence, and brand-aligned store operations to achieve targets.

The candidate will oversee MIS reporting, market analysis, and staff development, while maintaining store ambiance and privacy-compliant customer data handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit MIS reports to stakeholders on time.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis and report findings to area manager.
• Ensure strict adherence to store SOPs by all staff.
• Drive people management and foster a positive, goal-oriented work culture.
• Organize training sessions on product knowledge, grooming, and launch schemes.
• Safely manage customer data with privacy compliance and data security policies.
• Maintain store ambiance in line with brand standards.

Job Description: Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall success of our branch, by meeting and exceeding sales targets, maintaining exceptional service standards and operates efficiently. BM will lead a team, manage branch operations, and uphold brand's guidelines and values. We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills.

• Achieve Branch Sales Targets: Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch-specific sales targets. Monitor and guide the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives. Encourage initiatives from all employees to meet daily targets.
• Stock Management: Ensure accurate stock tally and efficient stock management to optimize inventory levels.
• Inventory Turn Monitoring: Monitor stock turns of the store and implement measures to improve inventory turnover.
• Turn System Implementation: Ensure smooth implementation of the Turn system in the store as per established processes.
• BTL Activities: Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) or PR activities to increase footfall and brand visibility.
• Service Excellence: Uphold and elevate service standards to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• MIS Reporting: Regularly update and submit MIS reports to respective stake holders in a timely manner.
• Competitor and Market Analysis: Perform competitor and market analysis and submit relevant reports to the area manager.
• SOP Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to store Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) among the entire branch staff.
• People Management: Create a positive work culture and motivate employees to achieve their Sales, FPP, and BTL activities targets.
• Training and Development: Conduct internal training sessions for the sales staff, covering product knowledge, grooming, new launch schemes, and competitor analysis.
• Customer Data Management: Responsibly manage customer data, ensuring confidentiality is maintained in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Store Ambiance: Ensure the store's ambiance is maintained in line with brand standards.
