Job summary

CMS Info Systems (CMS) is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee end-to-end branch operations, lead the team, manage cash logistics, and drive performance with a strong emphasis on compliance and risk controls.

You will coordinate with banks, clients and regional teams, monitor P&L, audits and MIS, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate and manage the branch team to achieve operational and business targets.
• Monitor Cash Logistics, ATM, CIT & RCM operations and ensure timely execution.
• Drive business growth, customer acquisition, retention and service excellence.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines and internal controls.
• Handle audits, reconciliations, documentation and MIS/reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, clients, regional teams and internal departments for seamless operations.
• Ensure proper cash handling, security and risk-management procedures.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Manage branch P&L, productivity and performance and work towards achieving business objectives.
• Take ownership of branch-level issues and ensure timely resolution and escalation wherever required.
