Job summary

Aaladipattiyan Karupatti Coffee And Halwa Kadai is seeking a proactive leader to oversee day-to-day operations across our food outlet branches in Tamil Nadu. You will drive sales targets, maintain quality and SOP compliance, and lead staff performance and recruitment in collaboration with HR.

The role involves optimizing costs, monitoring inventories, handling customer concerns, and visiting branches regularly to review performance and support expansion efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned food outlet branches.
• Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and customer footfall.
• Monitor food quality, service, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
• Manage staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
• Coordinate with HR for manpower requirements and recruitment.
• Control food cost, manpower cost, wastage, and operational expenses.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, and material usage.
• Handle customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify branch problems and take corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
• Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
• Support new branch openings and business growth initiatives.
