Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 38 years of experience in retail, with minimum 2 years as a Store Manager.
• Experience in Luxury, Premium Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, Footwear, Accessories, or Beauty Retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Manage end-to-end store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Productivity.
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate the store team to achieve business objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer escalations.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
• Prepare staff rosters and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth store operations.

About the Role
