Job summary

Sri Balaji Castings Private Limited is seeking a Store/Inventory Executive to manage daily store operations, ensure accurate material handling and stock records, and coordinate with Purchase and suppliers. You will also handle GRPO entries in SAP and prepare DC and E-Way Bills.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, strong MS Excel and SAP skills, and good mail communication to keep internal departments informed and aligned on material availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in store/inventory operations.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.
• Strong manpower management skills.
• Knowledge of GRPO entry, DC and E-Way Bill preparation.
• Excellent mail communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Purchase, Suppliers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure proper material handling and documentation.
• Maintain bank statements and individual statements related to store activities.
• Perform monthly physical stock verification and stock entries on the same day.
• Monitor stock levels and opening/closing stock statements.
• Follow up on rejected materials and coordinate their movement to Unit 4 and Unit 1.
• Coordinate with the Purchase team and suppliers for DM Water requirements, and provide the requirement details every morning by 7:00 AM.
• Prepare DC and E-Way Bills accurately and on time.
• Monitor and verify GRPO entries in SAP.
• Maintain and monitor consumables, tools, and packing materials.
• Prepare weekly reports showing packing materials received and pending quantities and share with Purchase team.
• Ensure proper coordination with Purchase, Suppliers, and internal departments for smooth material availability.
