The Empress World (RARE EARTH ELEMENTS) is seeking a Store Operations Manager in Mohali to oversee daily store activities, optimize stock levels, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain high service standards.

You will lead a team, drive process improvements, and uphold hygiene and compliance while delivering strong sales results and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in beauty & health.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Drive seamless and efficient store operations every day.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, store hygiene, and process adherence.
• Analyze store metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Ensure accurate order fulfilment and on-time delivery.
• Make quick, thoughtful decisions to remove operational bottlenecks before they impact customers or the business.
• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee store supervision, including training and development of team members to achieve sales targets.
• Implement effective shrinkage control measures to minimize losses and optimize profitability.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and sales data using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail store operations.
