Job summary

Praxis Home Retail is seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Kamrup Metropolitan store and ensure smooth functioning while meeting business targets.

You will drive store sales, revenue and profitability and coordinate with central teams for stock, operations, VM and other requirements.

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve individual and store KPIs and uphold the brand's customer experience standards.

Qualifications

• Retail Store Manager preferred from Home Decor, Furniture or Consumer Durables
