Job summary

Krishna Furniture is seeking a Store Manager for its showrooms in Gurugram and New Delhi. The role covers overall showroom operations, sales performance, customer experience, and daily administration.

You will lead a team, manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and ensure SOP compliance while driving KPIs such as sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/retail/marketing or related field.
• 5–10 years of retail store management experience; furniture/interior retail preferred.
• Location in Sector-86, Gurugram / Ghitorni, New Delhi area.

Responsibilities

• Manage showroom operations and visual merchandising.
• Drive sales targets and improve customer conversions.
• Lead, train, and monitor showroom staff.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate inventory, warehouse, delivery, and installation.
