Job Description

• Lead and manage all daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the interior design, furniture, or luxury goods sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage profit and loss effectively.
• Proficiency in retail management software and general office applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a retail environment.
• A genuine passion for interior design and an understanding of current market trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
• Fluency in English , Hindi and Tamil; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
