• Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain effective in‑store displays.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Manage staffing, schedules, hiring, and team performance reviews.
• Adapt to business changes and encourage flexibility in adopting new processes and technologies.
• Make data‑driven decisions to improve store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee complete store operations, including stock management, shrinkage control, audits, and compliance.
• Maintain store presentation and handle administrative tasks such as expense tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of retail experience in the fashion industry, with at least 2 years as a store manager or assistant store manager, leading a team of 5+ people.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
• Strong team leadership skills to inspire and lead a team.
