Job summary

Ugaoo is seeking a dynamic Store Manager in Navi Mumbai to lead daily store operations, supervise floor and support staff, and drive sales by meeting monthly and quarterly targets. The role requires excellent communication and outstanding customer service to ensure top-tier care.

You will monitor stock levels, arrange product displays, manage records of expenditure and performance, reduce losses, and coach new staff while scheduling shifts and motivating the team to sustained results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail store sales.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and dedication to customer care.

Responsibilities
