Job summary

Frido in Bengaluru invites a Customer Experience Associate to welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right product through storytelling and demonstrations.

You will maintain an ergonomic ambience, conduct product demos, handle queries, and support events to create a memorable shopping experience for health-conscious urban customers.

• Support events, activations, and in-store experience-building activities.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences to help improve the Frido experience.
