Job summary

Frootle India Private Limited in Mumbai (Borivali) seeks a Store Manager to lead sales, customer experience, and store operations for multiple premium electronics brands. The role requires 2–4 years in a similar field and a graduate degree, with fluency in English and Hindi and regional language capabilities.

You will oversee visual merchandising, inventory management, and P&L control while coaching a high-performing team to deliver premium customer journeys from walk-in to checkout.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Hindi, and local regional language.
• Strong leadership, sales acumen, visual merchandising sense, inventory & P&L management, and proficiency in POS/Excel.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Growth: Implement promotions, upselling, and cross-selling strategies & actively drive sales.
• Customer Experience Champion: Build strong rapport with customers and create a delightful, consultative buying journey from walk-in to checkout and post-purchase follow-up.
• Visual Merchandising: Plan and execute store displays for multiple brands to ensure the space is aesthetically premium, on-brand, and aligned with Frootles' global standards. Maintain planogram compliance and seasonal refreshes.
• Voice of Customer: Capture real-time customer feedback, understand purchase decision drivers, and share actionable insights with HQ to continuously enhance the in-store experience.
• Store Operations: Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, shrinkage control, cash handling, and day-to-day finances. Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.
• Team Leadership: Coach the team on product knowledge, brand stories, and service excellence to ensure every customer interaction feels premium.

• Skills: Strong leadership, sales acumen, visual merchandising sense, inventory & P&L management, and proficiency in POS/Excel.
• Traits: Customer-obsessed, target-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology and design.
• Work Experience: 2-4 Years of Experience in a similar field preferred.
