Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to support our shop-on-video experience, where customers interact via video calls to understand and purchase products.

This role involves assessments, product explanation, and consultative selling through video interactions, with a strong focus on communication and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct basic posture and mobility assessments over video calls
• Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable products
• Explain product features and benefits in a clear, confident, and engaging manner
• Guide customers through product selection and usage
• Build trust and improve conversions through effective communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience

Requirements

• BPT / Physiotherapy graduate (Fresher or recent pass-out or Experienced)
• Strong interest in: Movement, posture, and ergonomics
• Comfortable and confident on video calls / camera-facing roles
• Ability to explain concepts in a simple and relatable way
