Job summary

SupportFinity™ is looking for a Store Lead / Senior Store Executive for their NCR Processing Center. The ideal candidate will manage inventory and storage, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines while leading a team.

With over 5 years of experience in food processing or FMCG and expertise in SAP/ERP systems, you will ensure efficient operations and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in stores/warehouse operations.
• Experience in food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and expiry management.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw and packaging materials.
• Control inventory through regular stock checks and FIFO adherence.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for chilled and frozen products.
• Execute all store transactions in SAP/ERP and maintain accurate inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement and production for timely material availability.
• Lead and supervise store staff and enforce safety discipline.

Overview

Job Title: Store Lead / Senior Store Executive – NCR Processing Center

Location: NCR Processing Center

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of all raw and packaging materials with accurate quantity, batch, and expiry records.
• Control inventory through regular stock checks, reconciliation, and strict adherence to FIFO / FEFO to minimize expiry and wastage.
• Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, hygiene, segregation) for chilled and frozen products like chicken, fish, and seafood.
• Execute all store transactions in SAP/ERP (PR, PO, GRN, stock posting, invoicing) and maintain accurate real-time inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and finance to ensure timely material availability and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and company food safety guidelines, including documentation and traceability.
• Lead and supervise store staff, allocate work, monitor performance, and enforce safety and process discipline.
• Prepare and share key store reports (IMS, stock, ageing, variance, wastage) for management review.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations* with 5+ years of experience in stores/ warehouse operations.
• Experience in food processing / FMCG / manufacturing preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, FIFO, expiry management
• ERP/WMS experience (SAP preferred)
