Search Advisers Services Guj is seeking a Stores/Warehouse/Material Management professional for manufacturing environments in Vadodara. The role emphasizes hands-on SAP experience, strict inventory control, and robust SKU management to ensure accurate stock levels and traceability.

You will collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Finance to meet material requirements, participate in KAIZEN programs, and uphold 5S and safety standards across the stores.

Qualificações

• 515 years experience in Stores/Warehouse/Material Management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on SAP experience.
• Strong inventory control and SKU management experience.
• Scrap Management experience is mandatory.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage receiving, binning, preservation and timely issue of materials to the manufacturing shop.
• Ensure timely SAP posting of production orders and material issues.
• Maintain SKU inventory, min/max stock levels, cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Manage scrap identification, segregation, storage, reconciliation and disposal.
• Maintain proper store documentation, material traceability and inventory records.
• Ensure 5S, visual management, safety and space utilization within the stores.
• Participate in KAIZEN, TQM, Safety and training initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Finance for material requirements and discrepancies.
