Job summary

Solstr Innovation in Surat, Gujarat invites applications for a Store Keeper. The role focuses on managing daily inward and outward movement of materials, maintaining stock records, issuing materials to production, and coordinating with Purchase, Production, Dispatch and Accounts teams.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience, good knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel, and be capable of using ERP/Tally software.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of inventory and store management.
• MS Excel knowledge is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP/Tally/Inventory software will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
• Receive, check, and verify materials against invoices/challans.
• Maintain stock records and inventory.
• Issue materials to production/other departments as per requirement.
• Conduct regular stock verification and maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintain storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials.
• Prepare GRN, material issue slips, stock reports, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Dispatch and Accounts departments.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform shortages.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
• Receive, check, and verify materials against invoices/challans.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory.
• Issue materials to production/other departments as per requirement.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of all materials.
• Prepare GRN, material issue slips, stock reports, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts departments.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned person about shortages.
• Ensure proper handling and safety of materials inside the store.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the store area.
• Use Excel/ERP/software for inventory and stock management.
