Job summary

Skynet Placements & Outsourcing Services invites applications for a Storekeeper position with a leading manufacturing company in Vadodara, Gujarat. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage receipt, storage, and issuance of materials to support production lines.

The role requires 2–3 years in storekeeping, a relevant qualification, and proficiency in ERP/MRP software and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 12th, Graduate, or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a manufacturing industry.
• Working knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
• Good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward movement of materials.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials as per company procedures.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
• Issue materials to production against approved requisitions.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and other store documentation.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase department for replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in the store.
• Generate inventory and stock reports using ERP/MRP and MS Excel.
